● HOW TO ORDER
For further inquiries or to make an order, please private message me via this page. You can also order via my website www.blisssoycandles.com - please note some packs and deals are not available on the website.
● HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?
Most of my products are made to order. Please allow 2-7 days from the date of purchase. High demand periods such as Christmas may take up to 14 days for orders to be completed. Customers will be notified if there is a longer expected wait period, your patience is appreciated.
● PAYMENT
Payment is required 48 hours after purchase unless organised otherwise with myself. Failure to pay will result in your order being cancelled. Pay on pickup is accepted, just let me know if you'd prefer this option.

Small parcel; Up to 500g - $6.95
500g+ - $8.95 flat rate
Large parcels are $13.25
Express post available on request. Please note I DO NOT charge you for my packaging costs, this way I am able to keep postage at the lowest price possible for my customers.

Please note: All my orders are double wrapped in bubble wrap and all precautions are taken to ensure they arrive safely by mail, however on the odd occasion products may be damaged - Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for this. Tracking numbers will also be provided on request.
